Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Viper Labs website (viperlabs.tech) and any services provided by Viper Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

• —Custom website and web application development
• —UI/UX design and brand identity creation
• —AI automation systems and integrations (including N8N, ChatGPT API, and similar tools)
• —Digital marketing services (SEO, content marketing, PPC)
• —Ongoing maintenance and technical support

3. Client Responsibilities

• —Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• —Respond to requests and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• —Ensure you hold rights to all materials submitted to Viper Labs for use in your project
• —Make payments on time according to the signed contract or invoice

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (website code, design files, etc.) created specifically for their project. Viper Labs retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement or proposal. Viper Labs typically operates on a milestone-based payment model. Late payments may result in work pauses. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Viper Labs agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Viper Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Viper Labs reserves the right to terminate the engagement if the client violates these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Russian law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Viper Labs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
